i have been blogging + sharing pieces of my life here on wildbloom since 2011.
the Gospel of Jesus changed my life. i love Him with every fiber of my being. i strive to live out my faith every day.
i married my husband after two months of dating.
our love story is anything but typical.and 10 years later, i'm still so happy we eloped!
i was born + raised in small town oklahoma,
and moved to wichita the day before jared + i eloped.
i LOVE its places + spaces
in 2017- our son, jackson, was born.
motherhood has been the most humbling/beautiful/hard/messy/wonderful journey.i have also walked through five miscarriages over a four-year period.
in 2024- our miracle girl, june violet, was born.after five unexplained miscarriages, the Lord gave us a living, breathing miracle and i will never, ever get over it.
photography is one of my passions in life.
if you read this blog or follow me on socials, you already know the main subject of my photos: flowers. they are a sort of love language between the Lord + i.
other interests:
reading, blogging, coffee, wordle, trying new foods/restaurants, theology, wildflowers, good conversation, witty
banter, game nights with friends, + convincing others that the 90s will always be the best
decade.
