- the new NYT game, PIPS, is really fun!
- two weeks in a row of sickness between the kids and i am so thankful everyone is on the mend!
- we took a short trip down to see my family in oklahoma. it was a short but sweet visit. 💜
- a storm rolled through overnight on thursday. there were 2 streaks of lightening that were in or near our backyard— the last one zapped our power for a couple hours. after arriving home from oklahoma the next day, we quickly realized it knocked out our AC unit. thankfully it is a quick + fairly inexpensive fix AND even more so— we are so thankful it is not the typical 100° that it normally is this time of year.
- i had the best birthday! time with my family + friends + cake + good food + church + i felt so special. here’s to the last year of my 30s! ✨
