notes from the day—
• november 12, 2025
• yes, i am still pumping/nursing. but i am sleeping better, so i just can’t seem to fully quit! 🤱
• my breakfast was a protein shake + a slice of homemade sourdough with a generous pad of butter.
• in all the clips of me walking, you may notice i have the gait of a baby who is just learning to walk, perhaps? i tweaked my back yesterday and was struggling for most of the workday. welcome to almost 40, i guess.
• i love that wordle has been a consistent part of my morning for 4 years now. 💚
• the brown shirt i wore all day + the jeans i wore to church were items i purchased at old navy yesterday. i felt so cute all day! (thanks, mom!)
• the photo of june holding her book will make me weep for years to come. 🥹
• wednesdays are my long days because of church. it was extra long today since i didn’t go back to sleep after my 5am pump.
• the 👀 photo is from doing announcements for our church.
• i read exactly 2 pages because i was beat.
i love documenting my day! it’s a photo diary of what life looks like right now. every year, something has changed, whether big or small.
ending the day with a grateful heart, a sore back, and a notification that my phone storage is full. (again)
